Who can become a GLEDCO member?

Regular membership is open to any natural person, Filipino citizen, of legal age, and a regular employee of the City Government or the Gledco Multi-Purpose Cooperative. Associate membership is open to any natural person, Filipino citizen, of legal age, who does not fall under regular membership.

How can I apply for GLEDCO membership?

You can apply by submitting a completed application form to the Board of Directors, along with a Php1,000.00 membership fee.

What are the responsibilities of a GLEDCO member?

Members are expected to pay their share capital subscription, patronize the Cooperative's businesses, participate in education programs, attend general assembly meetings, and promote the Cooperative's goals.

What are the rights of GLEDCO members?

Members can participate in general membership meetings, avail themselves of the Cooperative's services, inspect and examine the Cooperative's records, and have other rights as granted by the General Assembly. Regular members also have voting rights.
